Coloring Easter Eggs

One morning on the way to take Aidan to Mama's I needed to stop at Walmart to get Aidan something for school. He was very cute and quite proud of going to Walmart in his pajamas and slippers! While we were there he saw all the Easter stuff and the one thing that jumped out at him was an egg coloring kit. Hey, $1.88 sounded good to me! He had no idea what it was, but he liked the bright colors so we got it. The weekend before Easter we let him color about a dozen eggs (and himself!). He had a good time splashing the dye everywhere, and thought it was very cool to be able to play with eggs. He didn't quite understand how fragile they were and he kept dropping them into the cups instead of gently placing them in there. Aidan is 110% all boy all the time! Gentle is not in his vocabulary (unless he is giving hugs and kisses!). A few pics (didn't take any of the finished product).
