We are getting quite spoiled by these long weekends. This is the third one in the last month! The bad thing, is this is the last holiday until Easter. That seems like forever away!!!! It was rainy yesterday, but the weather was great for playing outside on Saturday and Monday. It has been either too cold or too wet for Aidan to play outside for the last couple of months. It has been pretty rough! So, this weekend we made sure he got lots of outdoor time. He loved it! He was able to play with his wagon, car, tractor, and basketball goal. And then finished the day drawing on the sidewalk and helping Dada cook porkchops on the grill. He thought he was something being able to help cook outside! We tried to go for a walk around the neighborhood, but Aidan was not really interested at all. It was funny when I asked him if he could catch his shadow!!!! He ran and ran trying to catch it, and it got us back home much faster! When I asked him to find my shadow, he bent down and tried to pick it up with both hands. Too cute!!!
The sun was at a really bad angle the whole time I was taking pictures, but some of them turned out half way decent.
