We went to the mountains for Easter weekend to spend time with Andy's mom and dad. Mer and Ashley came up as well, so we got to spend good time with them, and got to meet their new dog, River. Aidan connected with that dog immediately!!!! Too cute!
We took Aidan fishing on the parkway and took lunch to have a picnic. Everyone else had the same idea so there were lots of people there, but still plenty of space for us. Aidan enjoyed the picnic and playing around the water. He doesn't have a whole lot of patience yet (have no idea where he gets that from!), so he didn't fish very long.
Yes, the picnic involved picking up our food at McDonald's on the way! :)
We had several more Easter egg hunts for Aidan. He just never tires of them. I think we had more dogs than we did eggs! Max, River, Drake, Major and Zack. Drake wanted to eat the eggs and River wanted to mark them. Aidan wouldn't touch the one that River got a hold of! :)

We had breakfast with Andy's mom and dad before heading back home to have lunch with my family. Aidan was happy to get to see everyone on the same day, but it made for a rough trip!
