We decided starting a blog would be a good way to document Aidan's childhood, and share his memorable moments with family and friends. Hopefully, this is something we will stick with!
Many of you have already heard this story, and Aidan is sure to hear about it for a long time to come! He inflicted his first wound last Friday. Fortunately, not in himself, but in me! We were playing on the floor and he reached for me, but got my eye instead! Apparently, this is a very common thing. He ended up scratching it pretty bad. I have been to the eye doctor 5 times in the last week, but am finally starting to "see" quite a bit of improvement. My vision is still blurry, but hopefully by my next appt on Tuesday I will be completely healed up!
I must say that life with Aidan is absolutely wonderful. We had no idea how much joy he would bring to our family! We wonder what we used to do with our time! The weather is supposed to be beautiful this weekend, so hopefully, we will be able to take Aidan outside and get some pics!

I am so excited about your blog!!! But I am sorry to hear about your eye. That happened to a friend of ours and it was pretty painful. I hope you are recovering well.
