On the way down, Leigh Anne and Aidan relaxing in the backseat. He really does have it made. Normally, he has his movie on, his feet propped up, a snack in his hand and a drink in the cupholder. Did I have anything like that as a kid? :)
Stopped to go fishing when we got in but not really any luck.
My growing boy!
Pelicans flying in formation.
If there is a hole or a mound of sand on the beach, Aidan has to jump/dive in! No longer "afraid" of getting sand all over him. The exact opposite, actually!
Chasing seagulls. One of his favorite things to do at the beach.
At dinner the first night. He was quite tired and this was an "easy" way to entertain him. Terrible, I know!
Visiting Sir Stanley, another thing we do everytime we go down.
The beautiful 4x4 beaches. Miles and miles of beach. Unfortunately, we were not able to find any of the wild horses this trip.
Big cheese!
Who needs those wimpy plastic shovels?
We were not supposed to be getting in the water. It was a little chilly and the water was even colder. Didn't even bring swim trunks, but it didn't slow Aidan down. He was soaked from head to toe by the time we left.
